All content, designs, recommendations, and materials provided by SpaceEnhance Pro remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SpaceEnhance Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
